2 1/2  *Cups Flour

2 Good Tbsps Butter

3/4 Cup of Warm Water (Adding water bit by bit whilst kneading well with hands.) 

Good Pinch of Salt

*Use same cup for measurements

Method

Cover dough and leave to rest for about 10 minutes then separate into 8 balls. 

Roll out into circles. Dough should feel quite elastic.

Pan fry in hot pan without butter.
